1.1 Faith Designs is a faith-based clothing brand that offers personalised hoodies featuring scripture or motivational messages. 1.2 By accessing our website and making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission.
2. Orders & Personalisation
2.1 Customers may choose either a customised hoodie (where they select their own scripture) or a personalised hoodie(where we provide a curated selection of scripture options after consultation). Alternatively, customers may opt for a motivational message instead of scripture. 2.2 Once an order is placed, changes can only be made within 24 hours. After this timeframe, the order will be processed and cannot be altered. 2.3 Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not allow cancellations once production has begun.
3. Design Policy
3.1 Faith Designs does not offer full customisation beyond scripture or motivational message selection. Fonts, layouts, and designs are pre-set and cannot be altered. 3.2 We reserve the right to refuse any scripture or message that does not align with our brand’s mission and values.
4. Pricing & Payments
4.1 All prices are listed in **pounds **and may be subject to change at any time without notice. 4.2 Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods. 4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 We offer both domestic and international shipping. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. 5.2 Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address details. 5.3 Once an order is shipped, we will provide tracking information where applicable.
6. Returns & Exchanges
6.1 As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. 6.2 If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, damaged product), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will work to resolve the issue. 6.3 Refunds are only issued for defective items that cannot be replaced.
